Josh Cochrane

Coming from three generations of builders, he started working in construction at a young age, helping on job sites from the time he was 12. He learned the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things right from his dad.
Josh stays hands-on throughout the entire building process, from the foundation to the final moment the client receives their keys. With a background in carpentry and a Red Seal in plumbing, he takes pride in making sure every stage of the build is done properly.
He focuses on keeping things straightforward and making sure clients feel comfortable throughout the process. He believes no one should feel like they’re bothering their builder—every home is personal, and communication matters.
Olivia Cochrane
Office Manager

Born and raised in Medicine Hat, she brings a strong connection to the community along with a patient and thoughtful approach to her work.
She holds a teaching degree from Mount Royal University and has a background teaching Grade 9 humanities. Her experience in education carries over into the business, helping keep things organized, clear, and well-communicated.
Olivia also holds her real estate license, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the building and buying side of a home.
She plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting clients throughout the process.
